- We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What items can be returned ?
- Only Damaged, Defective, and Wrong Items can be returned
- Returning Item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Refunds for damaged items
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
- We do not offer exchange or size replacements.
Reverse Shipping Cost for exchange items
- If your return is accepted, Please return the item back to our address. You will have to bear the postal charges. We recommend you to send it via cost effective postal services like speed post.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How can I Cancel an Order ?
- Customer can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order.
- Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
